About the role

  • Support our customer onboarding, enablement, and management processes.
  • Set up projects in Jira based on information provided by sales.
  • Translate data and information provided by customers and internal teams to packets for distribution to retrieval teams.
  • Work with multiple file types and information to collate the information, find discrepancies, and ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure the implementation meets expectations and timelines.
  • Clearly communicate concise, accurate summaries and questions to the implementation team for missing or inconsistent data.
  • Proactively collaborate with team and stakeholders to ensure operational performance of day-to-day tasks.
  • Manage and obtain required documents and agreements in accordance with company processes.
  • Execute duties with minimal guidance and show strong initiative on process improvement and documentation practices.
  • Analyze technical details and discuss impacts with customers to resolve conflicts between proposed solutions and existing enterprise architecture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Health Administration.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS software for health plans.
  • Jira experience preferred.
  • Preferred experience in onboarding complex SaaS software, preferably in the Risk and/or Quality domains for health plans.
  • Strong business and technical writing abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional planner; highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Self-directed, efficient, and able to manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Ability to operate with minimal supervision and direction.
  • Technically sound with a broad base of knowledge and ability to relate technical issues to business needs.
  • Ability to rapidly grasp technical implications and discuss impacts with customers to resolve conflicts.
