About the role

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of real-time integrations between Reveleer platforms and healthcare stakeholders (Health Plans, Provider practices, TPAs)
  • Implement and support interfaces for patient, provider, and clinical data integration
  • Develop new system integrations using MuleSoft ESB and other technologies (Mirthconnect, Boomi)
  • Act as key stakeholder with Pre-sales, Customer Success, and external-facing teams to define data needs and standards
  • Write, analyze, and optimize complex SQL queries for efficient data extraction and manipulation
  • Configure and manage SFTP connections for secure file transfers
  • Automate routine tasks using AWS CLI commands and PowerShell scripts
  • Perform complex ETL for efficient Data Ingress and Egress
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Monitor file transmissions and manage medical records and chart ingestion processes
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams to maintain a secure and scalable database environment
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and participate in on-call rotations
  • Lead technical services and engineering operations to meet client operational and technical expectations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in data integration in healthcare
  • Hands-on skills in SQL Server and effective backend data operations, including Data Quality/Validation
  • Expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, and query optimization
  • Proficiency in MuleSoft Platform (ESB, CloudHub, API Management) or equivalent integration tools (Mirthconnect, Boomi, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI)
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS RDS)
  • Experience writing, analyzing, and optimizing complex SQL queries
  • Experience configuring and managing SFTP connections
  • Experience performing complex ETL for data ingress and egress
  • Ability to automate routine tasks using AWS CLI commands and PowerShell scripts
  • Advanced knowledge of healthcare IT systems, interfaces, and operational workflows
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Experience providing production support and participating in on-call rotations
  • Preferred: MuleSoft Certified Developer/Architect certification
  • Preferred: Experience with AI integration in healthcare settings
  • Preferred: Agile/Scrum certification
  • Preferred: Familiarity with healthcare-specific domains (Risk Adjustment, HEDIS, Quality Improvement)
