About the role
- Assist in the completion of RFPs, security questionnaires, vendor risk assessments, and due diligence forms.
- Maintain and update a centralized repository of standard compliance answers and documentation for reuse.
- Track incoming compliance requests and coordinate deadlines with internal stakeholders.
- Support the Compliance Manager in collecting and organizing policies, procedures, certifications (e.g., HiTRUST R2), and audit evidence.
- Review documents for accuracy and ensure responses are aligned with company standards.
- Maintain version control of all submitted documents and track changes.
- Assist in preparing compliance-related reports, metrics, and training materials.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with security, IT, legal, and sales teams to gather accurate responses.
- Support internal and external audits by retrieving and organizing documentation.
- Perform administrative tasks and maintain up-to-date compliance records.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a compliance, security, legal, or administrative support role.
- Familiarity with responding to RFPs or security questionnaires.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as HiTRUST, SOC 2, HIPAA, or ISO 27001 is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and document collaboration tools.
- Experience with RFP tools or compliance platforms (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO, OneTrust) is a plus.
- Highly responsive and reliable.
- Process-driven with a mindset for continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS or healthcare compliance environment.
