About the role
- Owns industry & owned event execution, managing and producing all key events, including conferences, VIP dinners, VIP happy hours, and VIP BattleLab field demos.
- Owns the creation and management of all sales enablement collateral and the product marketing content for a defined product portfolio (one-pagers, case studies, short-form videos, keynote tutorials, decks), working directly with Sales and Product leaders.
- Track marketing and sales success metrics related to events and product marketing assets, ensuring data integrity for reporting and demonstrating business impact.
Requirements
- Location: Bozeman, MT
- 5-7 years of experience in Events Management, Product Marketing, or a similar role at a high-velocity tech company, management consulting firm, or startup.
- Proven experience in managing and producing a range of events, from large conferences to intimate VIP experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to develop high-quality marketing assets (e.g., one-pagers, case studies, videos) that drive product adoption and sales.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience crafting compelling product narratives and sales-facing content.
