Develop native Android applications using Kotlin, including leading development of features for our Identifi biometrics product.
Own and maintain Reveal’s Human Systems suite of ATAK plugins and integrations with our core products.
Work closely with SDK vendors to integrate functionality
Serve as the Android subject matter expert, guiding the engineering team on Android-specific projects and issues.
Advocate and drive user experience, security, and performance
Drive engineering quality through sound architecture, code reviews, and collaborative development practices.
Assist our business development and mission success teams with troubleshooting and technical issues

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Android development using native tools
Expert familiarity with Kotlin and Java
Proven track record of contributing to or leveraging open source.
Solid understanding of cryptographic and security principles.
Strong ability to work autonomously in an asynchronous, fully remote environment.
Growth mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and improve existing codebases—even those written by others.
