  • **Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Role****Education & Core Experience**
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • - 1- 3 years of experience in marketing operations, lead generation, or marketing execution roles
  • - Exposure to B2B marketing, healthcare, or life sciences environments is a plus
  • **Marketing Operations & Database Management**
  • - Experience managing CRM tools and internal marketing trackers
  • - Ability to maintain accurate, well-structured marketing databases through contact enrichment, segmentation, and lifecycle management
  • - Strong attention to detail in managing data quality, lead sources, and reporting readiness
  • - Comfort supporting data uploads, exports, and campaign analysis
  • **Lead Generation & Campaign Enablement**
  • - Experience researching companies and decision-makers for outbound, paid, and account-based campaigns
  • - Ability to prepare high-quality target account lists for LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email campaigns
  • - Understanding of how audience preparation and segmentation influence campaign performance
  • **Content, Social & Website Enablement**
  • - Experience maintaining social media calendars and scheduling posts across platforms
  • - Familiarity with CMS platforms for publishing blogs, webinars, case studies, and digital assets
  • - Ability to manage web assets such as images, thumbnails, tags, and metadata with consistency
  • - Comfort supporting website updates and coordinating with vendors or development teams
  • **Campaign Coordination & Execution**
  • - Strong coordination skills for collaborating with design teams and external partners
  • - Ability to manage feedback cycles, revisions, and approvals efficiently
  • - Organized approach to maintaining campaign folders, asset libraries, and documentation
  • - Experience supporting webinar and event execution, including setup, reminders, and follow-up
  • **Reporting, Tracking & Process Excellence**
  • - Ability to prepare clear weekly and monthly marketing reports and activity summaries
  • - Experience maintaining internal trackers for content pipelines, webinars, and design requests
  • - Interest in building repeatable, scalable marketing processes that support growth
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • - Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for managing and analysing datasets
  • - Hands-on experience with CRM, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads platforms
  • - Familiarity with email deliverability best practices, list hygiene, and basic SEO concepts
  • - Experience working with designers, agencies, or external vendors
  • - Comfort working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
  • - Prior experience in healthcare, life sciences, or technology-driven B2B organizations
