Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be a resident of Wisconsin, Kansas, Georgia, Oklahoma, Florida, Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas, South Carolina, or North Carolina
  • Able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing with proper grammar and telephone etiquette
  • Able to use provided electronic tools
  • Able to navigate multiple computer applications and databases
  • Able to multitask while communicating by phone and navigating multiple systems
  • Able to overcome objections and negotiate successful payments
  • Reliable, responsible, punctual, and productive with time
  • Professional judgment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive personal information and Protected Health Information (PHI)
  • Able to perform basic math calculations using addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
  • Self-motivated and committed to career success
  • Willingness and ability to obtain Professional Collections Specialist (PCS) certification within one year of hire
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Ability to successfully complete company collector training program
  • Clear initial, ongoing, and annual identity, criminal, and background checks
  • Reliable availability for a full-time daytime schedule
