Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be a resident of Wisconsin, Kansas, Georgia, Oklahoma, Florida, Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas, South Carolina, or North Carolina
  • Full-time daytime availability with reliable adherence to a structured schedule
  • Private home office for exclusive use, with undistracted focus
  • Clear verbal and written communication, proper grammar, and telephone etiquette
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and databases
  • Ability to multitask while using the phone and multiple computer systems simultaneously
  • Ability to overcome objections and negotiate successful payments
  • Reliable, responsible, punctual, and productive use of time
  • Professional judgment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive personal information and PHI
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations using addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
