Key responsibilities & impact

Inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing global team of Implementation Consultants
Design and champion a scalable, standardized implementation methodology
Drive execution rigor by ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Deliver impactful SaaS platform training in partnership with functional leaders
Oversee global resource planning to optimize utilization
Identify and implement process innovations
Track, forecast, and report on critical Professional Services KPIs
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers
Harness AI-enabled tools and methodologies to scale implementation processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of customer-facing SaaS implementation leadership experience
5+ years of experience leading global implementation or Professional Services organizations
Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying standardized implementation frameworks at scale
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational performance
Hands-on experience leveraging AI or automation to improve delivery efficiency
Strong executive presence with exceptional communication skills
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10%
