Requirements

  • 10+ years of customer-facing SaaS implementation leadership experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading global implementation or Professional Services organizations
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying standardized implementation frameworks
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI or automation
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10%
