Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of customer-facing SaaS implementation leadership experience
5+ years of experience leading global implementation or Professional Services organizations
Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying standardized implementation frameworks
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
Hands-on experience leveraging AI or automation
Strong executive presence with exceptional communication skills
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10%
