- Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer for corporate and manufacturing leadership positions
- Build and maintain talent pipelines, using creative sourcing strategies to find and engage top talent
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and transparency
- Partner with HR Business Partners and people leaders to advise on hiring needs, market insights, and best practices
- Track and share results, ensuring quality hires while continuously improving recruiting processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for a manufacturing organization preferred
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networks
- Proven track record of partnering with leaders and influencing hiring outcomes
- Knowledge of recruiting compliance and different recruiting technologies
