About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end portfolio management for new partner implementations, including cross-functional reporting, team meetings, and coordination with key partner contacts
  • Manage up to 10 concurrent implementations during peak periods, each with a 5-week onboarding timeframe and key milestones across complex university systems and statewide partnerships
  • Directly supervise two partner operations managers and onboard them on best practices for working with institutions
  • Develop a repeatable project plan with dependencies, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables customizable to different projects and partner types
  • Own the team's risk management framework by anticipating needs and challenges and building mitigation plans for at-risk or delayed projects
  • Provide subject matter expertise on partner data engagements, data standards, and data quality measures, including initial and ongoing data files
  • Incorporate process improvements to increase implementation efficiency and enhance products and services while maintaining customer experience
  • Gather complete and accurate partner and program documentation, learner stopout lists, and sustainable operational file processes
  • Transition implemented workstreams to Partner Success, data, partner operations, marketing, and product teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of successful experience in a client-facing or account support role, including leading robust projects from start to finish
  • Experience leading project managers, implementation teams, or similar
  • Experience in project management or coordination
  • Experience gathering requirements from various business units
  • Experience with student and higher education data
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM
  • Strong skills in Google Workspace and Excel
  • Strong customer focus, serving as a first face of ReUp during implementation
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels of management
  • CAPM certification or similar is a plus
  • Legal right to work in the United States without employer sponsorship; ReUp cannot offer visa sponsorship or work authorization transfers
