About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver high quality customer support via inbound calls, webchat, email, social, WhatsApp, SMS, and in-app chat.
- Handle customer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Keep accurate records and manage lead follow-up effectively.
- Escalate issues and provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience.
- Be flexible to work across both the inbound calls and webchat teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Genuine passion for customer service.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and escalate appropriately.
- Calm, personable, adaptable, and team-oriented.
- Bonus: experience in customer care operations, complaint handling, or CRM systems.
