About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define, communicate, and execute the product vision and strategy, aligned with business objectives.
Lead and develop the product team: Product Managers and Product Design.
Build and prioritize the roadmap based on data, user research, and business priorities.
Be the voice of the migrant user within the organization in every product decision.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Growth, Compliance, and Operations to launch high-impact initiatives.
Manage the full product lifecycle: discovery, definition, launch, and continuous optimization.
Establish clear success metrics and foster a data-driven decision-making culture.
Represent Product on Retorna’s leadership team and contribute to company strategy.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 6 years in product roles, with at least 4 years leading teams.
Previous experience in fintech, digital banking, or consumer financial products.
Proven ability to define product strategy and execute it with a results orientation.
Data-driven mindset: comfortable with metrics, experimentation, and quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Empathetic leadership: able to develop talent, build trust, and create high-performing teams.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to align multiple stakeholders with different interests.
Knowledge of or affinity with the realities of migrant users.
