About the role

  • You manage clients' CRM and email marketing systems and serve as the main point of contact for all customer retention matters.
  • You contribute to the development of results-oriented strategies to achieve target objectives and define appropriate KPIs for monitoring, including ROAS, CAC, CTR and CPC.
  • Through data analysis, you identify untapped growth opportunities aligned with clients' strategic goals and communicate these to other departments or client teams.
  • Together with client stakeholders, you design workflows for the continuous development of communication and reactivation measures.
  • You regularly pursue professional development and explore and test new tools, formats and approaches to improve marketing performance.
  • In the medium term, you will develop into a team lead within the Customer Retention area.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in email marketing and with relevant tools such as Klaviyo, Brevo, HubSpot or similar.
  • A holistic understanding of online marketing and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Experience working with customer segments.
  • Experience in tracking, statistics and data analysis, e.g. GA4, Looker Studio or similar.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Excellent English skills.
