About the role
- Lead the company’s accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, prepare financial statements, and provide financial insights
- Serve as a finance leader and project owner, partnering with the Senior Director of Finance and cross-functional teams
- Drive process improvements, scale financial operations, and lead key finance initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including people leadership
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Experience owning accounting operations, internal controls, tax compliance, and payroll processing
- Proficiency with accounting systems and financial reporting tools
