Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure strict HIPAA-compliant confidentiality with all client-related data
Oversee the day-to-day operations of Rethink’s Revenue Cycle Management services.
Supervise a team of Customer Billing Advocates
Serve as the Billing subject matter expert resource internally and externally.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve service quality
Work directly with clients who may be escalated
Build a strong team committed to achieving goals
Assess existing processes to ensure compliance with payor requirements
Make recommendations to improve operational protocols
Communicate staff hiring needs based on workload
Train, direct, develop and evaluate staff
Facilitate regular staff meetings
Work account Aging Reports as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2-5-year Supervisory experience
Minimum 3-5-year Insurance Billing experience
Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and love a good challenge
Strong leadership qualities
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficient using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Experience using billing software Kareo or Azalea
