Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee all initial claim generation and submission processes
Ensure timely and accurate claim submission
Maintain clean claim rate targets (>95%)
Lead clearinghouse edits and rejection management
Perform root-cause analysis on billing issues
Standardize billing workflows across the organization
Partner with coding, credentialing, and payer teams
Lead billing managers and supervisors
Manage and oversee both offshore and onshore billing teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field
8–10+ years of revenue cycle experience, with focus on billing operations
Strong knowledge of claim submission, payer requirements, and denial management
Experience managing both onshore and offshore teams
Familiarity with billing systems (e.g., Tebra or similar platforms)
