About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the execution of strategic initiatives across the revenue cycle
- Drive coordination, organization, and accountability across cross-functional teams
- Serve as a central point of coordination for transformation efforts
- Maintain visibility, manage timelines, and ensure consistent follow-through across all active workstreams
- Partner closely with leadership to drive results
- Maintain a centralized tracker of all revenue cycle transformation initiatives
- Ensure all projects have defined owners, timelines, and next steps
- Monitor progress and proactively follow up on outstanding deliverables
- Coordinate and facilitate weekly and monthly project meetings
- Prepare agendas, capture notes, and document action items
- Partner with operations, technology, and analytics teams to ensure alignment
- Prepare regular status reports and dashboards
- Support standardized templates and tracking tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8+ years of revenue cycle experience with strong project/program management focus
- Experience driving operational transformation, process improvement, and system implementations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and ensure accountability across teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong follow-through and accountability mindset
- Proficiency in Excel and project tracking tools
