About the role
- You take ownership of client projects in email marketing & Klaviyo: from flows to campaigns
- You develop strategies and implement designs & layouts (Photoshop/Canva/HTML), directly executing your ideas
- You analyze data, generate insights, and turn them into concrete, effective recommendations
- You work closely with me — together we drive brand growth
- 100% remote — whether from your sofa, balcony, or a café — as long as the work is delivered
Requirements
- Experience with Klaviyo is requirement #1
- Design experience is not a nice-to-have but required: you create layouts for campaigns, templates, and more using Photoshop or Canva
- Communication & independence: you're not just an executor; you should be able to function as an account manager within the agency long-term
- Degree or CV? It doesn't matter. I want to see what you can do and how you think.
