About the role

  • Manage, motivate and develop the sales team, ensuring targets are met and activities are aligned with the brand strategy
  • Manage and grow the client portfolio, identifying new business opportunities throughout the country
  • Build and maintain client relationships, providing consultative, high-quality service
  • Plan and analyse sales campaigns, monitoring KPIs and performance results
  • Ensure the profitability and growth of the brands in the Portuguese market
  • Organise and supervise the showroom, ensuring a premium image and smooth operation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial roles or team management, preferably as a Sales Manager, Retail Manager or Area Manager
  • Proven experience in the fashion and/or accessories sector (menswear and/or womenswear)
  • Advanced English (C1) – mandatory requirement
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and results-orientation skills
  • Dynamic, autonomous profile with a collaborative attitude and a passion for fashion and attention to detail.

  • Approximate base salary of €30,000, plus an annual variable bonus between €5,000 and €8,000
