About the role
- Manage, motivate and develop the sales team, ensuring targets are met and activities are aligned with the brand strategy
- Manage and grow the client portfolio, identifying new business opportunities throughout the country
- Build and maintain client relationships, providing consultative, high-quality service
- Plan and analyse sales campaigns, monitoring KPIs and performance results
- Ensure the profitability and growth of the brands in the Portuguese market
- Organise and supervise the showroom, ensuring a premium image and smooth operation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial roles or team management, preferably as a Sales Manager, Retail Manager or Area Manager
- Proven experience in the fashion and/or accessories sector (menswear and/or womenswear)
- Advanced English (C1) – mandatory requirement
- Excellent communication, negotiation and results-orientation skills
- Dynamic, autonomous profile with a collaborative attitude and a passion for fashion and attention to detail.

- Approximate base salary of €30,000, plus an annual variable bonus between €5,000 and €8,000
