Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end delivery of projects across Waste and On-Shelf Availability programmes.
Maintain clear project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Spot risks early and proactively resolve blockers.
Lead weekly status reviews and ensure actions are tracked and completed.
Own meeting cadence, setting agendas, facilitating sessions, and driving outcomes.
Work closely with Kroger stakeholders to keep priorities aligned.
Act as Retail Insight’s dedicated on-site representative (up to 5 days per week).
Build strong relationships with Kroger teams and decision-makers.
Manage client-side dependencies to keep delivery on track.
Visit stores regularly to validate programme execution.
Assess adoption, compliance, and results at store level.
Turn observations into clear insights and actionable improvements.
Create clear, executive-ready updates for both Kroger and internal stakeholders.
Support quarterly business reviews and programme reporting.
Maintain visibility of performance, risks, and key milestones.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in project management, client-facing operations, or retail programme delivery.
A positive track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Project management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
Highly organised with excellent planning and tracking skills; including familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ClickUp.
Confident communicator comfortable working with executives and store teams.
Self-starter who can operate independently in an embedded client environment.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
