Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Qualified Behavior Analyst
Restore ABA & Speech TherapyBCBA/Qualified Behavior Analyst in a hybrid role at Restore ABA & Speech Therapy. Focused on delivering evidence-based ABA interventions for children and families with autism.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), skills assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.), and preference assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives
- Provide direct oversight of ABA programs and interventions across home, school, and community settings
- Supervise and mentor RBTs/behavior technicians, ensuring fidelity of implementation
- Provide parent training, family support, and caregiver coaching to promote generalization of skills
- Monitor client progress using data-driven methods; adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (speech, OT, mental health providers, educators)
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethics code, Texas LBA regulations, and insurance/Medicaid billing requirements
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation (session notes, treatment plans, progress reports)
- Participate in intake, eligibility review, and re-authorization processes with payors
- Attend clinical team meetings, staff trainings, and professional development activities
- Provide in-person sessions for assessments, parent training, and client observation as required
- Conduct remote supervision, training, and treatment plan updates via telehealth when appropriate
- Maintain flexibility for a hybrid schedule that supports client and organizational needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current BCBA certification (in good standing with BACB) OR QBA credential
- Must hold an active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license in Texas
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing ABA services; supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, ethics, and evidence-based practice
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a hybrid caseload and balance both in-person and remote work
- Experience in multidisciplinary settings (group home, clinic, school, or in-home) preferred
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as CentralReach, Catalyst, or similar preferred.
