About the role
- Monitor and evaluate acquisition data to support decision-making.
- Collect, manage, and report data in compliance with federal requirements.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track procurements valued at more than $10 million.
- Review and validate acquisition reporting data from SAM.gov.
- Support inbox management, including logging, tracking, linking documents, and packaging materials for approval.
- Recommend automation solutions and process improvements for acquisition reporting.
- Support contract action and termination reporting requirements.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all data submissions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with data analysis and oversight of large federal procurements
- Strong knowledge of acquisition reporting standards and practices
- Proven ability to deliver accurate and timely reports
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or under general direction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills able to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
- U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Public Trust clearance
