About the role
- Handle inbound technical service calls and provide phone support for customers
- Provide telephone support to external customers related to specialized restaurant equipment
- Track customer communication and update information in CRM software
- Assess customer’s needs and provide appropriate support and communication
- Provide troubleshooting over the phone
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly call reports
- Cross train in other functions of the Call Center
Requirements
- 1+ years related experience and/or training in hands-on equipment repair and customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bi-lingual speaking preferred (Spanish / English)
