About the role
- Participate in a dedicated orientation and onboarding session to learn RBI culture and restaurant operations
- Be matched to and own a strategic, high-impact project sponsored by senior leadership (areas include Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development, People, Procurement)
- Receive hands-on restaurant training to understand the core business
- Work with a buddy and project manager to get coaching, feedback, and mentorship
- Network via leadership lunch & learns and social events
- Present project findings and recommendations to department and senior leadership as a final deliverable
- Potential to convert to a full-time professional hire upon graduation
Requirements
- In an undergraduate program with a graduation date between Dec 2026 – June 2027
- You are eligible to work in Switzerland (EU/EFTA citizenship)
- From any major — Business, Marketing, Economics, STEM, Hospitality etc.
- Passionate about growth, ownership, and the QSR industry
- Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communicators, problem-solvers, and natural leaders
- Ready for growth and able to participate in a full-time summer program in Switzerland
