Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead Service G&A and Capex by providing monthly, quarterly, annual and long-range budget/forecast
• Own G&A and Capex variance analysis comparing actual results to budgets/forecasts and prior year results for internal reporting
• Present G&A and Capex monthly results to business owners
• Responsible for ensuring accuracy and timeliness of content
• Present to senior leadership G&A and Capex results on a monthly basis
• Provide ad hoc support and financial modeling for various projects, producing actionable insights
• Introduce meaningful analytical models for cross-functional leadership team, identifying opportunities to help guide the CPSO strategic direction
• Collaborate with expense owners to create and manage purchase orders in Coupa
• Reconcile existing purchase orders with internal Global Business Partners team
