Business Development Representative
ResQBusiness Development Representative generating leads and booking opportunities for sales team in a facilities management platform. Targeting prospects and developing unique outbound strategies for trades businesses across North America.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate new business through inbound leads and outbound prospecting
- Targeting and qualifying prospects
- Conducting discovery calls and identifying opportunities for the sales team
- Develop outbound prospecting strategies working closely with the sales and marketing team
- Generate 60 - 100 activities/day through email, calling and social media
- Experiment with different ways to generate new leads and create meetings
- Work closely with marketing, sales and customer success teams to learn the full sales cycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ year(s) of professional experience
- Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
- Understanding of sales processes and the importance of moving leads through the funnel
- Ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis
- Data and metric driven mindset
- Extreme Ownership in everything you do
- Customer-first mindset
- Ambitious top performer
- Sales tools experience
- Experience in the trades industry would be considered an asset
