About the role
- Support enrollment and billing operations for Care Management programs
- Manage the end-to-end billing cycle across multiple EMR systems
- Ensure timely and accurate claim submission, payment tracking, denial resolution, and client/patient support
- Initiate calls to eligible patients, clearly explaining care programs
- Confirm patient eligibility and verify insurance coverage
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams and healthcare providers
- Consistently meet or exceed established enrollment targets
- Assist with claim drop in EMR systems
- Analyze payment reports to monitor reimbursement trends
- Investigate and follow up on denied claims
- Respond to client billing inquiries and questions
- Conduct regular analysis of billing trends
- Stay current with billing regulations and payer updates
- Communicate billing changes to the leadership team
Requirements
- Prior experience in a Healthcare setting is preferred
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Successful completion of a background check
- Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, and insurance processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and billing software tools.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
