Enrollment and Clinical Support Specialist

• As a Respiratory Therapist with our team, you will have the opportunity to engage with patients daily, ensuring compliance with prescribed therapies and improving overall outcomes.
• Working from the comfort of your own home, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of specialists to enhance patient care and drive innovation in respiratory medicine.
• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to Certified Medical Assistants
• Manage and support patients on Advanced BiPAP ST, AVAPS, IVAPS, ASV
• Assist CPAP patients with specialized needs
• Recommend adjustments to PAP settings and create orders in electronic medical records
• Educate and coach patients on CPAP devices and care
• Identify and address barriers to compliance for advanced PAP machine patients
• Collaborate with providers and escalate any concerns as needed
• Coordinate and order CPAP supplies for advanced PAP machines
• Maintain accurate patient records and stay current on respiratory therapy practices
