About the role
- Research and identify potential mid-market prospects using LinkedIn, Apollo, and other CRM tools
- Run multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) to generate conversations
- Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for Account Executives
- Keep CRM (Hubspot) up to date with activity and pipeline progress
- Collaborate with the SDR Manager and AEs to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and opportunity targets
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or customer-facing role (internships count; SaaS/startup experience a plus)
- Clear, concise communicator—both written and verbal—with strong interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Nooks, or Apollo is a plus
- Comfortable with omni-channel outreach, especially cold calling
