About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, Manage & Develop the Team Directly LMA (Lead, Manage, Accountability) a team of tax advisors and preparers
Drive TAS engagements for Prime and Elite clients—proactive planning, multi-scenario tax strategy, and white-glove service delivery
Own the quality and consistency of the compliance practice
Serve as the firm’s senior client-facing presence for complex engagements
Build and maintain the systems that keep the team sharp

Requirements

What you’ll need

CPA required; MS in Taxation strongly preferred
10+ years of public accounting experience with meaningful time in a leadership or review capacity
Mastery of tax strategy development
Ability to quickly diagnose a client’s situation and sketch out the tactics to mitigate their tax exposure
Deep fluency in individual and business taxation—1040s, 1120-S, 1065, multi-state, multi-entity structures
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships at the advisory level
Experience managing or developing tax staff
Comfortable in a growing firm—you bring structure, not just headcount
