Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree business, Marketing, Information Technology, consulting, business, or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of ten years’ experience identifying, developing, and capturing contracts for and with federal and government clients and strategic partners, networking, and sourcing federal / government contracts (experience with HHS and health related agencies preferred)
- A strategic hunter—someone who actively seeks out the right-fit opportunities and knows how to close
- Proven ability to grow revenue through both existing contract expansion and net-new wins
- A big-picture mindset with the ability to execute on near-term opportunities
- A strong industry network to support teaming and long-term growth strategies
- Experience within the government market, including Health IT and Data and Software Technology sectors
- Deep understanding of how to align customer needs with technical and mission-based capabilities
- Strong collaboration skills, especially working with BD, capture, and proposal teams on major pursuits
