Requirements
Bachelor’s degree business, Marketing, Information Technology, consulting, business, or related field from an accredited institution
Minimum of ten years’ experience identifying, developing, and capturing contracts for and with federal and government clients and strategic partners, networking, and sourcing federal / government contracts (experience with HHS and health related agencies preferred)
A strategic hunter—someone who actively seeks out the right-fit opportunities and knows how to close
Proven ability to grow revenue through both existing contract expansion and net-new wins
A big-picture mindset with the ability to execute on near-term opportunities
A strong industry network to support teaming and long-term growth strategies
Experience within the government market, including Health IT and Data and Software Technology sectors
Deep understanding of how to align customer needs with technical and mission-based capabilities
Strong collaboration skills, especially working with BD, capture, and proposal teams on major pursuits
