About the role
- Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to proposal development to contract negotiation and handoff
- Identify, qualify, and engage non-strategic/small-to-mid-size accounts , leveraging both inbound and self-generated leads
- Use consultative sales techniques to deliver customized, insight-led messaging and compelling business cases
- Collaborate with SDRs, Solution Architects, and internal stakeholders to drive pipeline opportunities and close business
- Be a visible brand advocate: speak at webinars, attend trade shows, and contribute to industry groups to grow our network
Requirements
- 5–7 years of proven sales experience (insurance, BPO/BPM, or technology-enabled services preferred)
- 2–5 years of direct insurance agency/carrier experience is a plus
- Strong consultative selling and territory management skills
- Skilled in Salesforce and other CRM/sales tools
- Familiarity with the Challenger Sales model or similar frameworks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—whether in person or over Zoom
- Confident in driving negotiations and navigating long sales cycles.
