Analyze business needs to tailor Resource Innovations' SaaS-based solutions, optimize workflows, and enhance system efficiency.
Provide expert consulting on product configuration, implementation, and ongoing support while developing technical documentation, conducting gap analyses, and ensuring seamless software integration.
Streamline system implementation and reduce manual inefficiencies through automation to drive cost savings, performance improvements, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting enterprise SaaS, low-code/no-code, CRM, ERP, or workflow automation platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
Interest in sustainability and a passion for delivering technology solutions that create meaningful business impact.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience configuring enterprise SaaS applications using low-code/no-code platforms, SQL, JavaScript, and business process automation.
Experience with system integrations, REST APIs, ETL/data mapping, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Experience in the utility, clean energy, or regulated industries is preferred but not required.
