About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement technical solutions for utilities and energy sectors, focusing on Demand Side Management, Transportation Electrification, and clean energy technologies.
- Analyze business needs to tailor Resource Innovations' SaaS-based solutions, optimize workflows, and enhance system efficiency.
- Provide expert consulting on product configuration, implementation, and ongoing support while developing technical documentation, conducting gap analyses, and ensuring seamless software integration.
- Streamline system implementation and reduce manual inefficiencies through automation to drive cost savings, performance improvements, and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting enterprise SaaS, low-code/no-code, CRM, ERP, or workflow automation platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Interest in sustainability and a passion for delivering technology solutions that create meaningful business impact.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience configuring enterprise SaaS applications using low-code/no-code platforms, SQL, JavaScript, and business process automation.
- Experience with system integrations, REST APIs, ETL/data mapping, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Experience in the utility, clean energy, or regulated industries is preferred but not required.
