About the role
- Create and maintain reports and dashboard
- Analyze program data to evaluate market potential
- Perform quality control checks to maintain data accuracy
- Perform database queries and program data analysis
- Gather and prioritize user requirements
- Manage user acceptance and regression testing
- Write user manuals, train users, and provide technical support
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working as a data analyst or data scientist
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline, such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, finance, or computer programming
- Experience with data manipulation and visualization tools, such as Tableau
- Proven grasp of database and analysis tools such as PostgreSQL and Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must live within commuting distance of the Chicago office and be willing to work a hybrid onsite/remote schedule
