Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts supporting complex energy efficiency and clean energy programs
Oversee the delivery of dashboards, reporting suites, regulatory filings, and analytics models that support program operations and client needs
Partner with program managers, engineering, evaluation, and IT teams to define requirements and ensure analytic outputs are aligned with program goals
Translate business and regulatory needs into scalable analytics solutions, using advanced SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across multiple systems and utility program datasets
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through deep data analysis to support program strategy and continuous improvement
Enhance internal analytics processes, documentation, and best practices to improve efficiency and data quality
Communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including utility clients

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields
2+ years of experience managing or leading analytics teams
Advanced skills in data analysis, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Experience working with complex datasets, data governance, and analytics process development
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
