About the role
- formation and implementation of a financial strategy for the entire group of companies
- management of budgeting, forecasting, and financial control at the global level
- development of unit economics, margin analysis, cost control
- optimization of the company structure (legal entities, tax planning, transfer pricing)
- management of cash flow, currency control, and cross-border transactions
- support of M&A, audits, and investor inquiries
- implementation of automated financial reporting and internal control systems
- coordination of the work of local financial directors/managers
- communication with banks, auditors, legal, and tax advisors.
Requirements
- you have worked in finance for at least 7 years, of which at least 3 years were as a CFO or Senior Finance Manager
- you have experience working with international structures
- you understand the financial specifics of digital / tech / EdTech businesses or related areas
- you have English language skills not lower than B2 (preferably C1)
- you have strong analytical skills, you know how to build budgeting, P&L, and management reporting
- You are proactive, take the initiative, and are ready to implement changes. You work systematically and know how to build processes from scratch.
- ACCA / CFA / CIMA certification (considered as a plus)
- experience in automating financial processes (implementation of ERP, BI systems, financial dashboards) (considered as a plus)
- participation in international M&A or investment projects (considered as a plus)
- experience in working in fast-growing startups or holdings with a complex structure (considered as a plus)
- experience in cooperation with international auditors and investors (considered as a plus)
