About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive sales growth and increase market share for hearing instruments
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hearing care professionals
  • Travel within assigned territory for in-person visits
  • Document all customer interactions in Salesforce CRM
  • Engage customers to resolve quality or service issues
  • Represent company at customer events and conferences
  • Develop presentations and deliver product demonstrations and training

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Doctor of Audiology (AuD) preferred
  • 3+ years of medical device or healthcare industry sales experience required
  • Clinical audiology or hearing healthcare experience preferred
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and territory growth objectives
  • Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access
  • Must have experience with database management
