About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive sales growth and increase market share for hearing instruments
- Develop and maintain relationships with hearing care professionals
- Travel within assigned territory for in-person visits
- Document all customer interactions in Salesforce CRM
- Engage customers to resolve quality or service issues
- Represent company at customer events and conferences
- Develop presentations and deliver product demonstrations and training
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; Doctor of Audiology (AuD) preferred
- 3+ years of medical device or healthcare industry sales experience required
- Clinical audiology or hearing healthcare experience preferred
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and territory growth objectives
- Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access
- Must have experience with database management
