Key responsibilities & impact

Drive sales growth and increase market share for hearing instruments
Develop and maintain relationships with hearing care professionals
Travel within assigned territory for in-person visits
Document all customer interactions in Salesforce CRM
Engage customers to resolve quality or service issues
Represent company at customer events and conferences
Develop presentations and deliver product demonstrations and training

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required; Doctor of Audiology (AuD) preferred
3+ years of medical device or healthcare industry sales experience required
Clinical audiology or hearing healthcare experience preferred
Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and territory growth objectives
Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access
Must have experience with database management
