About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources Operations, manage RTSL's global benefits strategy
Provide exemplary employee support and strategic systems management
Oversee the design, evaluation, and delivery of benefits
Advise leadership on competitive, cost-effective options for RTSL's global workforce
Ensure data integrity, process alignment, and compliance with all regulations
Serve as primary liaison to employees for benefits and leave matters

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years' progressive HR experience in benefits, payroll and HRIS administration
Experience working for a global NGO and administering benefits across different geographies
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field
