About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reporting to the Director of Human Resources Operations, manage RTSL's global benefits strategy
- Provide exemplary employee support and strategic systems management
- Oversee the design, evaluation, and delivery of benefits
- Advise leadership on competitive, cost-effective options for RTSL's global workforce
- Ensure data integrity, process alignment, and compliance with all regulations
- Serve as primary liaison to employees for benefits and leave matters
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years' progressive HR experience in benefits, payroll and HRIS administration
- Experience working for a global NGO and administering benefits across different geographies
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field
