  • Administer and maintain the HubSpot CRM environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hands-on experience administering HubSpot CRM
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot's CRM functionality, workflows, properties, reporting, and configuration
  • Experience customizing HubSpot based on business and operational requirements
  • Experience troubleshooting CRM and workflow issues
  • Strong understanding of data hygiene and CRM data management
  • Ability to understand how different parts of a CRM environment interact with one another
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when making changes to an established CRM
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to take a request, understand the underlying business need, and determine the best way to implement it
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple requests or priorities
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to work US business hours
