What you’ll need

Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Patient, empathetic, and professional
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable multitasking across multiple applications
Works well independently in a remote environment
Quick learner of new systems
Dependable, accountable, and punctual
Preferred experience in medical scheduling, healthcare administration, medical receptionist, patient support, call center customer service, or appointment scheduling
