- Verify and update patient information accurately
- Explain scheduling requirements and appointment preparation instructions
- Communicate clearly with patients and internal teams
- Navigate multiple systems while documenting interactions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Patient, empathetic, and professional
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking across multiple applications
- Works well independently in a remote environment
- Quick learner of new systems
- Dependable, accountable, and punctual
- Preferred experience in medical scheduling, healthcare administration, medical receptionist, patient support, call center customer service, or appointment scheduling
