About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle inbound calls from prospective patients
- Build rapport quickly and create a professional first impression
- Understand caller's needs and answer questions clearly
- Explain the appointment and certification process
- Guide patients toward booking an appointment
- Work toward daily and weekly booking targets
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in the CRM
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–3 years of experience in: Call center OR Inbound sales OR Appointment setting
- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
- Strong spoken English and clear communication
- Confident on the phone and able to guide conversations
- Reliable, consistent, and structured in your work
- Able to work US hours long-term
