About the role

  • Handle inbound calls from prospective patients
  • Build trust and rapport quickly over the phone
  • Educate callers on the medical cannabis certification process and appointment journey
  • Guide patients confidently toward booking appointments
  • Meet or exceed appointment conversion targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-ups
  • Stay informed on service updates and regulatory process changes

Requirements

  • 2–3 years phone-based B2C sales or appointment setting experience
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales or conversion targets
  • Excellent spoken English and strong phone presence
  • Previous remote / work-from-home experience
  • Comfortable working US hours
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn systems quickly
  • Windows-based computer (Mac not supported)
  • Windows 11 operating system
  • Minimum 12–16 GB RAM
  • Dual monitor setup
  • Working webcam
  • Office 365 / Microsoft Teams capability
  • High-speed fibre internet (wired connection required)
  • Reliable back-up power solution for both computer and internet
