About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end‑to‑end process analysis for distribution center processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and variability.
Analyze current state performance using process mapping, time studies, and on floor observations to understand current state operations.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather data, operational feedback, and process insights.
Lead assigned process improvement initiatives from concept through implementation and stabilization.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement concepts to reduce waste and improve cycle time and productivity.
Collect, analyze, and summarize data related to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, quality, and throughput.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visual summaries for operational reviews.
Evaluate process impacts of new systems, tools, or automation initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in process analysis, industrial engineering, continuous improvement, or operations.
Foundational understanding of Lean / Continuous Improvement concepts.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; exposure to data visualization tools is a plus.
Familiarity with process mapping and basic time motion studies preferred.
Knowledge in distribution center operations such as picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
Strong problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in both office and warehouse environments.
