Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design and execution of end-to-end product lifecycle strategies
Ensure lifecycle decisions maximize customer value and support profitable growth
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks for new product introductions
Develop inventory strategies balancing availability with efficiency
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess NPI forecast accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for demand planning accuracy
Build partnerships with Commercial, Product, Project, and Supply Chain teams
Translate business strategy and customer needs into planning initiatives
Champion a data-centric approach to lifecycle planning through analytics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field ( MBA preferred )
5+ years in supply chain planning
Strong demand planning and product lifecycle management experience
Expertise in forecasting methodologies and tools
Commercial Acumen: Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and P&L alignment
Skilled in scenario modelling, trend analysis, and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
Proficiency in ERP (SAP, Oracle), planning tools, and data analytics platforms
Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across all levels of the business
