Facilitate project and program level processes and execution
Escalate impediments and manage risk
Drive continuous improvement across projects and programs
Define project scope and schedule focusing on regular and timely delivery of value
Overcome resource constraints and manage risk and issues
Organize and facilitate project status or agile ceremonies
Prepare progress reports and communications for stakeholders
Manage end-to-end planning and delivery of software releases containing features contributed by multiple agile teams
Work with product managers, engineering managers, program managers and other stakeholders to ensure team alignment with commitments

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
4+ years of Program Management experience working directly with multiple agile, product and/or platform teams
Solid grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies and tooling, specifically Jira, Confluence, and AI-enhanced project tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to assess release-related risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
Analytical and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and resolving conflict
Preferred: Experience working in a modern cloud-based software product development environment, with cloud native AWS experience preferred
