About the role

- Drive integration strategy using Oracle Integration Cloud, API-first design, and event-driven architecture.
- Establish observability and reliability standards , including dashboards, automated alerts, and continuity plans.
- Ensure security and compliance for all integrations and SaaS platforms (RBAC, encryption, audit, CSV validation)
- Support IT/OT enablement for factory automation, network resilience , and smart sequencing.
- Collaborate with Domain Solution Architects, Business analysts and business stakeholders to identify the requirements, define project scope and design software solutions.
- Work together with MES developers ( .net ) and understand custom developed architecture at Resmed.
- Have regular conversations with other tech teams and platforms across ResMed on tech stack standardisations and extensions.
- Lead the technical strategy - provide technical direction, architectural decisions, and oversight of how and when features will be implemented.
- Stay connected to state-of-the-art developments, latest trends, and design innovative apps for Supply Chain domain.
- Understand boundaries, strengths, and weaknesses of as-is application(s) landscape.
- Ensure solution adheres to enterprise design principles and report to Enterprise Architecture (EA) team.
- Engage in SC solution discovery phase for custom-built requirements.
- Design for security, stability, sustainability and performance with the help of security and integration architects.
- Set and maintain standards for engineering teams, advocate for code quality and create a culture of continuous improvement.
- Comprehend end-to-end MES codebase (based .net ) and be able to code extensions, conduct assessments and support the current .net development team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years working in a custom development environment
- Minimum 5 years working as a solution architect / technical architect
- Working understanding of Agile methodologies and ways of working
- Experience in working with customers and product owners
- Experience in solution enhancement and analysis
- Experience with React / NodeJS and Experience with .net
- Experience with AWS and Databases
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
