About the role
- Lead a complete transformation of the user experience and platform design.
- Own UX strategy, design execution, and the development and maintenance of a scalable design system.
- Drive a user-first design culture, ensuring products are simple, intuitive, visually compelling, and highly effective for customers.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to implement best-in-class UX principles and elevate the overall user experience.
- Champion human-centered design principles and mentor teams on UX best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in UX research, usability testing, and human-centered design methodologies.
- Hands-on experience designing and shipping agentic AI products.
- Strong experience in building and implementing scalable design systems.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Lovable and other modern and AI-based design tools.
- Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with product managers, engineers, and data teams.
